28 CFR Part 23 is the guideline for law enforcement agencies that operate federally funded multijurisdictional or interjurisdictional criminal intelligence systems.
First Amendment Online Training
Features 2 training videos:
- Responding to First Amendment-Protected Events: The Role of State and Local Law Enforcement Officers, designed to help law enforcement personnel prepare for and respond to a First Amendment-protected event and understand the privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties issues associated with a First Amendment-protected event. At the end of the video is a short quiz, with the option to print a certificate of completion.
- Line Officer Roll Call Video which provides an introductory overview of law enforcement personnel's roles and responsibilities at a First Amendment-protected event. This version is designed to be used during roll call and pre-event briefings.
National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) – Law Enforcement Access Tool (LEAT)
The NMVTIS LEAT allows access to NMVTIS data reported from state motor vehicle titling agencies, automobile recyclers, junk and salvage yards, and insurance carriers. LEAT also contains stolen vehicle files, vehicle lien and impound records, cloned and counterfeit vehicle files, and other pertinent vehicle information. There is no cost for LEAT and it is available through the Department of Justice Regional Information Sharing Systems (RISS) or the Federal Bureau of Investigation Law Enforcement Enterprise Portal (LEEP).

The Criminal intelligence Coordinating Council's (CICC) weekly Five in 5 is a snapshot of law enforcement and criminal intelligence-related articles, resources, and research that may be of interest to CICC members and partners working to improve the nation's ability to develop and share criminal intelligence.
Global Justice Information Sharing Initiative (Global)
The Global Justice Information Sharing Initiative (Global) serves as a Federal Advisory Committee (FAC) and advises the U.S. Attorney General on justice information sharing and integration initiatives. Global was created to support the broad scale exchange of pertinent justice and public safety information.
